آدم باید حداقل هفته ای یکبار کوله بارش را جمع کند و تنهایی بزند به کوه با یک بسته وینستون . انجا بنشیند غصه بخورد،غصه بخورد،غصه بخورد ، یک موزیک هم بگذارد . نوحه هم جواب میدهد. یک شخص فرضی را فرض کند و از بدبختیهایش برایش بگوید از شکستهایش از نشدنهایش از چی فکر میکرد چی شدن هایش از عقده هایش از تنهاییهایش از درسش از کارش از خانواده اش از همه چی که فکرش را بکنید .
اگر هم از کار و زندگیتان هم راضی هستید بازهم چیزی برای غصه خوردن پیدا کنید.
